Overview

I led a zero-downtime migration from a monolithic backend to NestJS and TypeScript microservices. The new architecture scaled capacity from roughly 300 to more than 1,200 concurrent users, while Elasticsearch optimization reduced important query times from 2.1 seconds to about 200 milliseconds.
